This project is a fully functional online learning and mentorship platform designed to connect students, teachers, and administrators in a seamless digital environment. The system supports secure payments, real-time communication, and integrated Zoom meetings, enabling a smooth experience for remote learning and one-on-one sessions. The platform is built with a focus on usability, performance, and automation while supporting global scheduling and multiple payment methods.
Challenges & Solutions
1. Global Time Zone Handling
Challenge: Scheduling Zoom meetings reliably across different time zones.
Solution: Built a dynamic time-zone management system and added a rescheduling module.
2. Complex Stripe & Paymob Integration
Challenge: Integrating both payment gateways—especially without webhooks for Stripe.
Solution: Implemented secure payment flows and fallback mechanisms.
3. Converting Client’s Figma Design
Challenge: Converting Figma screens into a fully responsive and functional frontend.
Solution: Rebuilt the UI from scratch using Laravel Breeze and custom components.

Students and teachers communicate instantly. Conversations sync in real-time and are fully integrated into dashboards.
Secure Payments
Stripe & Paymob: Supports international and local payment processing with instant confirmation.
UI/UX Converted from Figma
The entire platform UI was rebuilt pixel-perfect according to the client’s Figma specifications.
